This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioner under section 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C., seeking to set aside the orders dated 12-01-2019 passed in Crl.MP.No. 12 of 2019 by the VI-Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, dismissing the application for return of passport pending investigation of the crime.

2. Heard counsel for petitioner [accused] and the Public Prosecutor representing the State.

3. This Criminal Revision is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to move application after completion of investigation and filing final report by Police. Police are directed to file final report within a month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, as the crime is of the year 2017.

4. With the above observation, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of.

5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
