21.07.2023 ML,J I.A.No.1 of 2023 This application is filed by the petitioner/accused No.2 seeking to relax condition No. (x) imposed upon him by this Court while granting bail to him in Crl.P.No.567 of 2023 by order dated 30.01.2023. The said condition reads as follows:

"(x) The petitioner/accused No.2 shall report before the Station House Officer, Adibatla Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate, on every Monday between 10.30 a.m. and 12.00 p.m. till the filing of the final report."

It is stated that the petitioner was granted statutory bail and while granting bail, the above condition was imposed on him.

It is further stated that accused Nos.1 and 3 were also granted bail and they were similar to the present petitioner. No condition is imposed on them to appear before the Station House Officer.

The above said fact is not disputed.
