The grievance of the petitioner was that the Sub-Inspector of Police, L.B. Nagar Police Station, Ranga Reddy District, was sending police constables to his house and place of work and forcing him to come to the police station in relation to a case in which his name did not even figure. He therefore alleged that the police authorities were interfering with his personal life and liberty without following the due procedure.

The Sub-Inspector of Police, L.B. Nagar Police Station, Cyberabad, furnished written instructions dated 27.12.2011 to the office of the learned Government Pleader for Home, wherein he denied the petitioner's allegation that he had ever harassed or interfered with the life and liberty of the petitioner by calling him to the police station. He further stated that no complaint had been received against the petitioner and no criminal case was registered against him on the file of L.B. Nagar Police Station.

The afore-stated stand of the Sub-Inspector of Police, L.B. Nagar Police Station, Cyberabad, is duly taken on record. In the light thereof, the grievance of the petitioner does not survive for consideration.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
