Heard counsel for the petitioner and the Government Pleader for Services appearing for respondents. 2.

Petitioner retired as Assistant Sericulture Officer in the office of the Assistant Director Sericulture, Nalgonda on 28.02.2015. He submitted a representation on 15.05.2014 to the 2nd respondent seeking promotion as Sericulture Officer, but the said representation is not disposed of by the 2nd respondent till date.

The Government Pleader for Services appearing for respondents states that the 2nd respondent will consider the said representation within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representations dt.15.05.2014 within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
