THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY W.P.NO.1295 OF 2020

O R D E R

The case of the petitioners is that they are living in abandoned quarters of R and B buildings at Sathupally, and the respondents are trying to forcibly evict them in violation of principles of natural justice. Counter affidavit is filed by Assistant Executive Engineer of R and B Section, Sathupally, on behalf of the 4th respondent, stating that the quarters in which the petitioners are residing, are in a dilapidated condition and they are not fit for human habitation.

No reply affidavit is filed by the petitioners disputing the same, and more over, petitioners have no legal right to continue to reside in the said quarters of R and B, and hence, it is not a fit case to exercise the extraordinary jurisdiction of this court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, and the writ petition is devoid of any merits and the same is accordingly dismissed. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
