This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents, particularly the 4th respondent, in not including the name of the petitioner in computerised web-land of ROR, in respect of land admeasuring Ac.24.27 guntas in Sy.Nos.65/2 and 65/3, situated at Khanapur Village, Gandipet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, on the application of the petitioner dated 02.07.2019. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue basing on written instructions submits that the subject land is a Government land; and that the Government has filed OS.No.626 of 2019, claiming the lands in Survey No.65, on the file of Principal District Judge, Rangareddy District, and the same is pending. It is to be seen that the petitioner claims to have purchased the subject land through different registered sale deeds and has been in continuous possession of the said land since from the date of purchase; and that the petitioner's name was also mutated in revenue records. When the petitioner made an application for inclusion of his name in computerised web-land of ROR, in respect of subject land, the competent authority ought to have considered and disposed of the same instead of keeping the said application pending.

In view of the above, it is for the competent authority to dispose of the application of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
