ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents for not considering the case of petitioners to allot the Fair Price shop No.11 which was in the name of their father late Madala Ramakrishna who died suddenly with heart attack on 18/12/2011, as illegal, arbitrary and violate of the Constitution of India and further direct the respondents to
consider the case of the petitioners."
At the hearing, Mr. S. Siva Bhami Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, has submitted that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P. No.15280 of 2012 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
