This petition has been filed seeking review of the order dated 24.01.2024 passed in W.A.No.40 of 2024.

The writ appeal was disposed of with the following direction:

"Though the aforesaid common order had been passed by the learned Single Judge with regard to the interim relief as prayed for by the petitioner in Writ petition No.26585 of 2023, the relief as prayed for by the petitioner in Writ Petition No.30660 of 2023 has not been

dealt with by the learned Single Judge.

Therefore, the learned Single Judge shall pass a separate interim order in Writ Petition No.30660 of after affording an opportunity of hearing to the parties."

It is not in dispute that in pursuance of the aforesaid order passed by the Division Bench of this Court, learned Single Judge has heard the parties on the question of interim relief in W.P.No.30660 of 2023 on 15.02.2024 and had reserved the matter for passing of the orders and the writ petition was directed to be posted for orders on 20.04.2024. In view of aforesaid subsequent event, no case for entertaining the review petition at this point of time is made out.

Accordingly, the review petition is disposed of.
