This contempt case is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order, dated 01.12.2014, in W.P.No.35476 of 2013. At the hearing, Mr.K.Laxmaiah, learned counsel representing Mr.V.Brahmaiah Chowdary, learned counsel for the petitioner, has submitted that the aforesaid order of this Court has been complied with by the respondent.
