This petition is filed challenging the order dated 25.11.2006 in F.D.I.A.No.239 of 2011 in O.S.No.74 of 2005 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge's Court, Bobbili.

When the matter was listed on 03.04.2017, none appears for the petitioner and this Court directed to list the matter under the caption 'for dismissal'.

Even when the matter is listed today under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It shows that the petitioner is not evincing any interest in prosecuting the matter. Hence, the CRP is dismissed for non prosecution. No order as to costs.
