HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 21385 OF 2004 ORDER :

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submitted that the petitioner is challenging his re-categorizing services from Attender to Shramik, vide orders dated 10.11.2004 and this Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant interim stay on 29.12.2004 and in pursuance of the said interim orders, the petitioner might have been re-categorized and he was allowed to work as Attender.

In view of the interim orders, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition and the same is closed.
