This writ petition is filed to declare action of respondent in not considering the case of petitioner for the post of non-teaching staff in respondent university and rejecting the application as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

Petitioner, along with writ petition, filed W.P.M.P.No.34241 of 2003 for an interim direction with similar prayer made in the main writ petition. This court granted interim direction on 29-12-2003. In view of the interim direction granted on 29-12-2003, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of interim direction granted on 29-12-2003. No costs.

As a sequel to the disposal of this writ petition, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall stand dismissed.
