ORDER

This revision is filed seeking a direction to the learned VI Additional District Judge, Medak at Siddipet, to dispose of G.W.O.P.No.70 of 2017 pending on its file.

Heard learned counsel for petitioner and perused the record. 3.

The petitioner filed the aforesaid O.P., to direct the respondent to handover the custody of minor, by name, Gajje Charan @ Charan Raj, aged 5 years, to her in the paramount interest of the minor. 4.

The main grievance of petitioner is that the said O.P., has been taken on file, the respondent appeared before the Court and filed counter and the matter was adjourned four times, but the Court below has not disposed of the matter. In proof of the same, she filed the certified copy of the docket in the said O.P. 5.

In view of the limited grievance of petitioner for disposal of aforesaid O.P., I deem it appropriate to direct the Court below to dispose of G.W.O.P.No.70 of 2017 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, at the stage of admission. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
