THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY W.P.NOs.1237 AND 1248 OF 2020 COMMON ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioners in both the writ petitions would submit that in pursuance of the interim orders of this court, the Sub-Registrar has passed orders refusing to register the documents presented by the petitioners on untenable grounds and that the petitioners intend to challenge the said proceedings.

Heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. Recording the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, writ petitions are disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioners to challenge the refusal orders in accordance with law.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
