This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the unsuccessful petitioner, assailing the order, dated 28.04.2014, of the learned Principal District Judge, Nellore, passed in I.A.No.1274 of 2012 in O.S.No.97 of 2009.

There is no representation for the petitioner/defendant. Learned counsel for the respondent/plaintiff is present. 3.

The Registry of the Court brings to the notice of the Court that the trial Court informed that the suit itself was disposed of on 16.12.2015. 4.

In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this revision petition.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
