On behalf of Sri Mohd. Moin Ahmed Quadri, learned counsel for the revision petitioners, it is represented that the revision petitioners have taken away the file as well as no objection vakalat about six months back.

Further, though, the matter was listed on 19.06.2018 and even today, the revision petitioners have not entered appearance through yet another Advocate. It reflects that the revision petitioners are not inclined to prosecute the revision petition.

Hence, the present Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the present revision, stand closed.
