On last occasion i.e. on 18.03.2016, as there was no representation, the matter was ordered to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today also, though the matter is listed in the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation for petitioner.

Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
