The petitioner complains against inaction of second respondent in considering and disposing of appeal in E.C.A.C.No.277 of 2015 in File No.F1/ 1387/ 2015 as illegal and arbitrary. 2.
With the assistance of learned counsel for the parties, the appeal pending before second respondent and also the order under appeal have been read. This Court is not proposing to examine the merits of the matter. Suffice it to say that the appeal pending before second respondent is directed to be heard and disposed of in accordance with law within six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
The writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
