THE HONB'E JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDARAM WRIT PETITION No.33083 OF 2012 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed challenging the G.O.Rt.No.1297 dated 03.09.2012, issued by the 1st respondent in contravention of the rules governing the appointment of the trust board members. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader submits that by issuing a G.O.Rt.No.414 dated 21.03.2013, the G.O.Rt.No.1297 dated 03.09.2012 has been kept in abeyance. In those circumstances, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at that point of time temporarily the cause of action for the writ petition seized and hence the writ petition may be closed by giving liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court if need arises or if the G.O is again brought into force once again.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court as and when a need arises or if the G.O.Rt.No.1297 dated 03.09.2012 is again brought into force once again. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
