Sri Vinod Kumar Tarlada, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that since the suit has been decreed on 27.10.2014 itself, no further orders are necessary and the revision has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
