THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE GUDISEVA SHYAM PRASAD WRIT PETITION No.1391 of 2003 ORDER : (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) There is no representation for the petitioner or its counsel when the matter is taken up for hearing. 2.

Sri D. Venkataiah, learned counsel representing Ms. V. Uma Devi, learned Standing Counsel for Visakhapatnam Port Trust, would inform this Court that Sri S.A. Hussaini, learned counsel for the petitioner, expired.

3.

It is for the petitioner to take necessary steps in the event its counsel passed away. This writ petition relates to the year 2003 and we see no reason to extend any indulgence at this late stage when the petitioner itself did not choose to take necessary measures after expiry of its counsel. 4.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution. Interim order dated 11.03.2003 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed in consequence. No order as to costs. _______________________ SANJAY KUMAR, J _______________________________ GUDISEVA SHYAM PRASAD, J 11.07.2017.
