Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Home.

This writ petition is filed alleging that though cognizable crime was reported on 13-10-2017 and further complaints on 17-05-2018 and 14-11-2018, so far crime is not registered. 03.

Learned Government Pleader based on written instructions submits that on 30-01-2019 petitioner came to the police station along with concerned documents and on due verification, a case was registered in Crime No.48 of 2019 in Panjagutta Police Station on 31-01-2019. Since already crime is registered, cause in the writ petition does not survive.
