I ORDER:

I, This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.) by the petitionerAccused No.1 to quash the proceedings against him in FIR No'3 of 2020 pending on the file of Sangam Police Station, Warangal Commissionerate, filed for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 2g4-B and 323 of Indian Penal Code (for short 'IPC) and Sections 3(1)(r)(s) and 3(2)(va) of SC and 5r (POA) Act, 2015' Z.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner - Accused No'1 and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent - State' Perused the material on record.

3. This Court by order dated 22.01.2020 ordered that no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner - A1 in the present crime.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that investigation is not yet complete

As seen from the complaint, it is alleged that the boundaries of the agricultural field of 2d respondent were removed and when questioned, he was abused in the language attracting penal consequences under SC/ST Act. Since the crime is pending investigation, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the police to conclude investigation as expeditiously as possible within a period of three months, without taking any coercive steps against the petitioner and file a final report, if any. The petitioner shall co_ operate with the investigating officer as and when required for the purpose of investigation.
