THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.26222 OF 2017 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:- "to call for the records from the respondents and issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of 2nd respondent in not considering to compassionate appointment to the son of petitioner and not considering representations dated 09.03.2015, October/November, 2016 and on 28.01.2017 as illegal, unjust, contrary to law, arbitrary, in violation of principles of natural justice and violative of Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and grant all consequential benefits."

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner requested the Court to direct respondent No.2 herein to consider the representations, dated 09.03.2015, October/November, 2016 and 28.01.2017, of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, respondent No.2 is hereby directed to consider the representations, dated 09.03.2015, October/November, 2016 and 28.01.2017, of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
