This writ petition is filed stating that the petitioner filed representations before the 4th respondent dated 28-06-2016 and 07-04-2017 for incorporating his name and names of his family members by mutating in all revenue records including Adangal pahanies, 1-B register and Record of Rights for an extent of Ac.3-40 cents respectively covered by survey numbers in Sy.No.751/1 situated at Chilakapadu Village, Marripaud Mandal, SPSR Nellore District. As the same are not being disposed of, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. In Para No.3 of the writ affidavit, it is stated that subject land is mutated in the name of one Kolana Venkata Reddy but this writ petition is filed without making him as party to the writ petition. Since, the petitioner is seeking a direction, but the affected party is not made as party to the writ petition. Unless the affected party is made as party to the writ petition, no direction can be issued.

In view of the same, this writ petition cannot be entertained for non-joinder of affected parties and the same is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 25-04-2017 Nvl
