Amarnath Goud, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. To that effect, he has also filed a letter dated 26.10.2015 before the Registry.

2. Permission is accorded. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order granted by this Court on 06.07.2011 is vacated.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
