Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for Home for the State of Telangana. With their consent, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of the Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of respondents 2 to 5 in attempting to demolish the property bearing H.No.6-1-486/A/3, admeasuring 136 Sq.Yards, consisting of ground and first floor, situated at Mahabharat Nagar, Khairatabad, Hyderabad, as illegal and arbitrary, and consequently to direct the respondents not to demolish the abovementioned property pending disposal of application, dated 04.01.2016 for regularization of layout and building, without following due process of law. 3.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent authorities are trying to dispossess the petitioner from the subject premises and demolish the same, without following the due process of law.

Learned Special Government Pleader would submit that any action to be done by the respondent authorities would only be in accordance with law.

Having regard to the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent authorities not to dispossess the petitioner from the subject premises i.e., H.No.6-1-486/A/3, admeasuring 136 Sq.Yards, consisting of ground floor and first floor, situated at Mahabharat Nagar, Khairatabad, Hyderabad, and not to demolish the same, if she is in possession and occupation of the same, without following due process of law.
