This Revision is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India questioning the inaction of the Agent to the Government (District Collector), Kothagudem, Bhadradri Kothagudem District, in numbering the plaint presented by the petitioner on 13.08.2018 seeking Perpetual Injunction against the respondent and in not taking up the application filed therein under Order XXXIX Rules 1 & 2 of CPC till date.

Counsel for petitioner contends that the petitioner is a Senior Citizen and the inaction of the Agent to the Government is causing grave prejudice to the petitioner.

In view of the said submissions, the Agent to the Government (District Collector), Kothagudem, Bhadradri Kothagudem District, is directed to number the plaint presented by the petitioner on 13.08.2019 as well as the application under Order XXXIX Rules 1 & 2 CPC filed therein, and then consider whether ex-parte orders are necessary to be passed in the said I.A., within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, without fail.

The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
