THE HON'BLE DR.JUSTICE G. RADHA RANI CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.73 OF 2020 ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioner-appellant-accused against the order dated 18.12.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.553 of 2019 in Criminal Appeal No.933 of 2019 on the file of the IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, LB Nagar, Rangareddy District.

Criminal M.P.No.553 of 2019 is filed for suspension of execution of sentence passed by the trial court in C.C.No.69 of 2019 on the file of the XII Special Magistrate, Hasthinapuram at LB Nagar, Rangareddy District on 19.11.2019. While suspending the sentence, the IV Additional Sessions Judge, Rangareddy District imposed a condition that the petitioner shall execute a personal bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties for a like-sum each to the satisfaction of the Magistrate and also directed him to deposit 20% of the cheque amount before the trial court within two (02) weeks from the date of the order i.e., on 18.12.2019.

Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner-accused preferred this revision contending that he had a good case to succeed and the appellate court suspended

the sentence directing him to pay 20% of the cheque amount within two (02) weeks, he was undergoing huge financial crisis in his business and was unable to pay 20% of the cheque amount and prayed to allow the revision. 4.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

Considering the material on record, this Court does not find any need to interfere with the order of the IV Additional District & Sessions Judge, Rangareddy District at LB Nagar.

Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed confirming the order dated 18.12.2019 passed in Crl.M.P.No.553 of 2019 in Criminal Appeal No.933 of 2019 by the IV Additional District & Sessions Judge, Rangareddy District.
