HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI Crl.R.C.No.96 of 2020 ORDER:

1.

This Criminal Revision Case is filed aggrieved by the order dated 18.12.2019 passed by the learned IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, in Crl.M.P.No.554 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.934 of 2019. 2.

By the impugned order, the appellate Court had directed that the sentence imposed on the petitioner by the trial Court shall be suspended till disposal of the said Criminal Appeal subject to condition that the petitioner shall execute personal bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties in a like sum each to the satisfaction of the trial Court and also on deposit of 20% of the cheque amount before the trial Court within two weeks from the date of said order.

3.

Though several grounds are raised for quashing of the impugned order, at the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner restricted his prayer to extend the time granted by the appellate Court for deposit of 20% of the cheque amount by the petitioner. 4.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, without delving into the merits, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of and the time granted by the appellate Court for deposit of 20% of the cheque amount by the petitioner is extended by four

weeks from today. It is made clear that no further extension of time for deposit of the said amount will be granted. 5.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall also stand closed.
