Heard.

There are no merits so far as the bail applications concerned in view of the earlier order of this Court, but for to say the lower Court is bound in letter and spirit of Section 309 Cr.P.C. as per the expressions of the Apex Court to proceed day-to-day trial that too in the wake of earlier directions of this Court with no right to violate. 3.

Thereby, the criminal petitions are disposed of to expedite the trial and proceed to the possible extent daily subject to other priorities from the schedule already stated given. Needless to say, if any witness failed to attend, the learned Judge can issue warrant to secure the witness if the prosecution cooperates expeditiously, unless it is shown any of them are working in the Border with any of the Border Line Operations or similar to that.
