Heard.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner-Association claims that the vendor of the petitioner applied for Gram Panchayat layout when Edula Nagulapally Gram Panchayat was not within the limits of Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA). After it was included in the limits of HMDA, HMDA obstructed carrying out of developmental activities and issued notices. According the learned counsel, the petitioner-Association submitted a representation on 27.03.2017 to HMDA requesting conversion of Gram Panchayat layout to HMDA layout. Alleging inaction in considering the said representation, the present writ petition is filed.
3. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the petitionerAssociation would submit a fresh application by fulfilling all the requisite formalities necessary for sanction of HMDA layout and consequently he requests for a direction to HMDA for consideration of such application.
4. Having regard to the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner-Association to submit a fresh application for grant of HMDA layout by fulfilling all the requisite norms. On filing such application and subject to compliance of all requisite formalities, the HMDA shall process and pass orders on the application of the petitioner-Association within
a period of eight weeks from the date of submission of such application.
Miscellaneous Petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. _____________________ P.NAVEEN RAO, J 6th June, 2019.
