HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT & HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO W.P. No. 15290 of 2005 O R D E R:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) This writ petition is filed challenging the order dated 14.02.2005 in O.A.No. 515 of 2002 passed by the Tribunal. The Tribunal, while allowing the aforesaid O.A. in favour of the 1st respondent, relied upon its judgment dated 07.12.2004 in O.A.No. 100 of 2002.

The learned Government Pleader for Services appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the aforesaid order dated 07.12.2004 was challenged by the petitioners in W.P.No. 9164 of 2005, however, this Court, by order dated 19.03.2014, dismissed the same.

In view of the above, there is no merit in this writ petition, and the same is accordingly, dismissed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
