The petitioner challenges proceedings No.Rc.2636/ CS/ 2015 dated 28.10.2016 of 4th respondent appointing 6th respondent as F.P. Shop Dealer of Uyyalawada 3-Harivaram.

The proceeding is appeable before Joint Collector, Kurnool District.

The writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to petitioner to avail the remedy of appeal against the appointment of 6th respondent as F.P. Shop Dealer of Uyyalawada 3-Harivaram, within two weeks from today and the 4th respondent is directed to maintain status quo as on date vis-à-vis the provisional appointment of 6th respondent for a period of four weeks from today. No order as to costs.
