As there was no representation on 31.01.2019, the matter was directed to be listed on 20.02.2019. Even on 20.02.2019, there was no representation for the petitioner and the matter was adjourned to 03.04.2019. There was no representation on behalf of petitioner even on 03.04.2019. Hence, the matter was adjourned to 04.04.2019, under the caption 'for dismissal'. Inspite of the matter being posted under the caption 'for dismissal', even today there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the Writ Petition.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
