CVNR, J & GSP, J WA.No.1029 of 2016 Dt:13.10.2016 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Appeal is filed against the common order, dated 03.06.2016, in respect of W.P.No.18792 of 2014. At the hearing, the learned counsel for both the parties have agreed that this Writ Appeal can be disposed of in terms of the common judgment, dated 07.09.2016, in Writ Appeal No.823 of 2016 and batch.

Accordingly, this Writ Appeal is disposed of in terms of the afore-mentioned judgment, with the direction that the reasons and observations contained therein shall form part of this order.
