This Criminal Petition is filed before this Court praying this Court to relax condition No.2 of order dated 09.12.2025 passed in Crl.MP.No.517 of 2025 in Crime No.184 of 2025 on the file of the Junior Civil Judge cum Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Pargi, Vikarabad District.

Heard Sri P.Achut Rama, learned counsel for petitioner, and Sri Vivekananda Reddy, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, appearing for respondent - State. 3.

Having considered the submissions made and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this Court deems it appropriate to relax the condition No.2 of order dated 09.12.2025 passed in Crl.MP.No.517 of 2025 in Crime No.184 of 2025 and direct the petitioner to appear before the concerned investigating Officer as and when required.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is allowed. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
