HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.43502 OF 2016 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that his father was a fair price shop dealer of shop No.6 situated at China Vellamilli Village, West Godavari District and after his demise, the petitioner made representation to the 4th respondent on 02-07-2014 for appointing him as fairprice shop dealer on compassionate grounds in terms of G.O.Ms.No.4, Consumer Affairs, Food and Civil Supplies, dated 28-02-2014. As no orders are passed on the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

In view of facts and circumstances of the case, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the representation dated 02-07-2014 submitted by the petitioner in terms of G.O.Ms.No.4, dated 28-02-2014 and take action accordingly.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
