This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:

"To issue appropriate writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus to consider the petitioern under as re-issued or renewed the license cancelled vide No.978 dated 24.02.2003 in the interest of justice."

When the matter is called, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in an identical this Court passed an order in W.P.No.1769 of 2009, dated 06.01.2017 and a copy of the same is placed on record. 3.

Following the above said order in W.P.No.1769 of 2009, dated 06.01.2017 and for the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition is disposed of in terms thereof.
