THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.7 OF 2015 ORDER:

The present revision is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C. questioning the order dated 29.12.2014 passed in Crl.M.P.No.123 of 2014 in S.C.No.462 of 2012 on the file of the Principal Assistant Sessions Judge, Madanapalle. The material on record discloses that on 25.03.2014 the Assistant Sessions Judge, Madanapalle issued non-bailable warrants against A2 and A3. Thereafter, an application filed for recall of the warrants was rejected. Hence, the present revision.

Having regard to the circumstances of the case, the execution of non-bailable warrants shall be stayed for a period of two weeks, meanwhile, the petitioner shall surrender before the concerned Court and make an application seeking recall of the non-bailable warrants, which shall be dealt with on merits in accordance with law at the earliest.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of. As sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of. _______________________ C. PRAVEEN KUMAR,J 07th January, 2015.
