THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.18059 of 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the seizure of Ashok Leyland Van bearing Registration No.AP-31-TD2816 of the petitioner pursuant to the Mediators Report dated 24.05.2016, as illegal and arbitrary.

A perusal of the record reveals that on 09.06.2016 this Court directed to release the above said vehicle.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing the writ petition has become infructuous. 4.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
