HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.4646 OF 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent in not implementing the orders dated 05.07.2013 passed by the 3rd respondent and in not uploading the information pertaining to the issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed in favour of petitioners by virtue of the aforesaid orders passed by the 3rd respondent, as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the 4th respondent to upload the entries in webland pertaining to subject land.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner made representation dated 7.11.2016 to the 4th respondent requesting to take steps to upload the details pertaining to petitioner's subject land in its official web land. Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. Since it is stated that the representation submitted by the petitioner is pending before the 4th respondent, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law and take action accordingly. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
