Non-inclusion of Sy.No.406/ 1A in notice dated 03-04-2017 is canvassed in this writ petition.

Sri K.Srinivas seeks liberty of the Court to file objection or representation before respondents 3 and 4 in this behalf. Liberty is granted.

For the present, this Court is of the view that the writ petition is premature.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed by granting liberty as prayed for. It is needless to observe that if such a representation or objection is brought to the notice of respondents 3 and 4, the same is required to be considered in accordance with the Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923. No order as to costs.
