CVNR, J & GSP, J WP.No.26029 of 2006 Dt:31.08.2018 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "... to issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction declaring the order of the 1st respondent passed in LAC.No.28/2006, dated 17.10.2006, as illegal, arbitrary and without jurisdiction and consequently, to direct the 1st respondent to return the case to the Court of the Senior Civil judge Peddapuram, for adjudication."

At the hearing, Mr. P.Chakravarthy, learned counsel representing Mr. O.Manoher Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the petitioner has taken away the file from their office.

As the petitioner failed to make alternative arrangement to engage a counsel in place of Mr. O.Manoher Reddy, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
