Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file proper application under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act. Permission is accorded and, accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to file proper application under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
