The present writ petition is filed questioning the inaction of the respondents, particularly 5th respondentStation House Officer, Narsingi Police Station, in not registering FIR against the unofficial respondents 6 to 8 and their associates, pursuant to the complaint of the petitioners dated 19.10.2019, as being highly illegal and arbitrary. Heard Sri Mir Mukarram Ali, learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for the official respondents 1 to 5 and Sri Sanjeev Gillela, learned counsel for the unofficial respondents 6 to 8.

The Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions dated 03.02.2020, a copy of which is placed on the record of this Court, submits that the first petitionerManuka Lavanya gave a complaint to the 5th respondent on 19.10.2019 stating that one Mohan Reddy and his son along with 25 other henchmen came with rods, hammers, knives, sticks and some other dangerous items and attacked her and tried to forcefully kick out of their property, for which she made a complaint. By the written instructions, it is further submitted that on receipt of the above complaint, a case was registered in Crime No.720 of 2019 of Narsingi Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 427, 323 and

506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 on 19.10.2019 and the case is under investigation. Having regard to the said submissions made on behalf of the respondents, since a case has been registered and it is under investigation, the grievance of the petitioners in the present writ petition stands redressed and no further orders need be passed in the matter.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
