This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') by the petitioner-respondent against order dated 11.12.2009 in M.C. No.7 of 2006 on the file of Family Court cum III Additional District Judge, Warangal..

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent. Perused the record.

The revision petitioner is the husband who filed the present application questioning the order dated 11.12.2009 granting maintenance to the petitioner in accordance with section 125 of Cr.P.C.

As seen from the maintenance order petitioners the son was aged 07 years and the daughter was aged 6 years in the year 2006 and they must have attained majority.

In the said circumstances, petitioners Nos.3 and 4 are not eligible for maintenance. However, for any reason the petitioners

Crl.R.C. No.307 of 2010 are aggrieved and cause survives for claiming maintenance they can approach the concerned Court.
