HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION NO.15888 OF 2002 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in cancelling the Special Grade Increment of the petitioner as illegal and arbitrary, and to set aside the office order dated 29.9.2001, and to direct the 2nd respondent to implement the office order dated 3.5.2000 and pay the arrears to the petitioner.

When this matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has retired from service and therefore, the cause in this writ petition does not survive.
