HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.21959 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard Mr.B.Sheshu Kumar for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

The petitioner prays for the following relief :- " ........ to issue Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in not conducting the survey and demarcate in Survey No.194/ 8/ 1 of Begumpet Village, Balanagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, in spite of application dated 14-07-2016 and payment of requisite fee as illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to conduct survey and demarcate Survey No.194/ 8/ 1 of Begumpet Village, Balanagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District ....." .

The Assistant Government Pleader places on record the written instructions sent by 4th respondent and submits that the claim of the petitioner cannot be considered as his name is not recorded in the revenue records and he is not in possession of the subject matter of writ petition.

The instructions are placed on record.

The 4th respondent is directed to communicate his decision to the petitioner within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

After receiving communication, it is open to the petitioner to assail the legality of such communication.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
