THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.15993 OF 2004 ORDER:

1 This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents herein instead of regularizing the service of the Petitioners on completion of 240 days of service, orally disengaging them by insisting the Regular Conductors to do double duties though the petitioners are available as illegal, unjust and arbitrary, contrary to Reg.3 of APSRTC Service Regulations and as such liable to be set aside with a consequential direction to the respondents herein to regularize the service of all the petitioners with effect from the date of their initial appointment and to extend all the benefits in the interest of justice.

2 At the time of arguments, learned counsel for both the parties, in one voice, submitted that in view of the interim orders of this Court dated 10.09.2004, no further orders need be passed in this writ petition.

3 In view of the submissions made by both the counsel, the writ petition is closed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed.
